SPANISH IN YOUR TEACHER'S HOME

You will live Spanish in your teacher’s home. It’s the most efficient and effective way to become fully immersed in the Spanish language and Spanish or Latin American culture.

Tachers’ homes will vary. But all of them are located in safe, middle class neighborhoods, well served by public transportation.

All the homes have a bathroom with heated water and a private room for their students. Twin or double-bedded room are available for those studying as a couple. Bed linens and pillows are provided. You will have access to all living areas in the teacher’s home, and will be treated as part of the family.

ABOUT YOUR STAY AT YOUR TEACHER’S HOUSE:

Your teacher’s family. Some teachers have big families with kids, others have smaller families with one or no kids, while other teachers live alone. When enrolling, let us know your preferences and we will try to satisfy them.

Your free time. You can use your free time however you want. There are usually many things to do and plenty of places to visit in the vicinity of your teacher’s home. Teachers will always advise you about places to visit and in many cases they will even accompany you. You can also participate to the activities Exito Lingua^® organizes for all the students participating to the home tutoring programs in your host city.

Pick up service. A Exito Lingua^® staff member will pick you up at the local bus terminal or railway station and take you to your teacher’s home, for free. Or, if you prefer, for a small additional fee, we can pick you up at the airport.

IMPORTANT: The concept behind the Exito Lingua^® Spanish in your teacher’s home program is first of all learning Spanish and flavoring culture by living with the typical Spanish or Mexican family. Therefore, it is important to know that teachers belong to the average middle class, and Spanish or Mexican middle class lives can not be compared with the middle class you probably belong to in your home country. Don’t expect a big car in the driveway, a big garden with a pool and a house with a fancy design in the best neighborhood in town!
